Christine Reddy

General Counsel, White Cap

Christine Reddy is General Counsel for White Cap where she leads the delivery of all legal services for the company. 

Christine was appointed General Counsel in August 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience with transformative transactions, governance and leading legal teams, to White Cap. She most recently served for four years as Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Counsel of publicly traded Beacon Building Products, where she delivered more than $15 billion in capital market, acquisition and merger transactions during her tenure.

Prior to her role as EVP and General Counsel at Beacon, Christine served for 15 years as Vice President, Deputy Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel for the secondary mortgage market leader, Fannie Mae. While at Fannie Mae, she was selected for and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Earlier in her career, she held ascending leadership positions at Public Broadcasting Service, reaching the role of Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to that, she practiced corporate law at several nationally recognized law firms.

Additionally, Christine has served as a board member for companies delivering results through innovative uses of technology and artificial intelligence. Christine was elected Phi Beta Kappa at the University of Virginia, where she graduated with distinction, and then earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law.
