Associate Engagement & Development

Our goal is to develop the skills and capabilities of our associates to grow our business. The engagement and development of our Experienced associates are critical as we seek to deliver on our Mission and Vision. Associate programs at White Cap are intentionally built to ensure that, no matter identity or background, all associates feel included, welcome, and safe, and have an equal opportunity and access to tools, training, and resources to be successful.

Community Engagement

White Cap not only builds trust with our associates and customers, but we also focus on establishing and creating trust within our communities through Service. At White Cap, our associates lead and participate in various charitable activities, including volunteering and fundraising within our communities.

White Cap and its associates donated more than $1.5 million to charities in 2024, including $523,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Associate Health & Safety

White Cap focuses on providing a safe work environment and ensuring all individuals are prepared to perform all necessary tasks. The health and safety of our associates are our highest priority. We strive to reduce health and safety risks by continuously improving our EHS management system.
