Shannon Herrity is President, Dayton Superior, effective September 9, 2024.

In this role, Shannon leads Dayton Superior as part of White Cap, creating opportunities for our knowledgeable associates and helping deliver a seamless customer experience.

Shannon has served as the Category Director for Commodities at White Cap since 2018. In this role, Shannon led the supplier strategy and procurement of all Steel and Wood products for White Cap, totaling over $1B in annualized spend, and built White Cap’s high-performing Commodity Team structure. In 2023, Shannon also helped launch White Cap’s Mental Health Awareness CapGroup, Stomping Out the Stigma, serving as Executive Sponsor.

Prior to White Cap, Shannon spent 15 years at BlueLinx Corporation in various sales and field leadership roles, where she last served as General Manager over the Chicago District. Shannon has a proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies, driving market share growth and profitability, and building great teams.
