White Cap Helping Hand Fund Launch

At White Cap, we believe in taking care of each other and lending a helping hand through life’s highs and lows.

In keeping with these associate values, the board of directors of the White Cap Helping Hand Fund is proud to announce the launch of the White Cap Helping Hand Fund. This associate-funded and operated program provides emergency financial assistance to associates and their dependents who may be experiencing financial difficulties due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, fire, injury, illness, medical crises and/or death. Grants may also be made to assist with burial costs or to provide basic necessities for the associate or a qualifying dependent where financial need is shown.

All White Cap associates across the U.S. and Canada are eligible to apply for grants from the Fund. The Fund is completely comprised of employee donations, with 100% of funds collected going to the grant program.

The Helping Hand Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means all donations are tax-deductible. In order for the fund to maintain its nonprofit status, White Cap as a company cannot donate to the fund.
