Chief Human Resources Officer, White Cap
Betsy Malkin is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for White Cap leading the Human Resources and Communications functions and delivering strategies and programs in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational development, HR M&A, internal and external communications, corporate events and community giving.
Betsy was appointed to CHRO in October 2020 following White Cap’s separation from its former parent company HD Supply and after serving as Vice President of Human Resources for White Cap since April 2018.
Betsy first joined HD Supply in October 2006 as part of the Talent Acquisition team. During her years with HD Supply, Betsy has held successive leadership positions in Organizational Effectiveness, Learning and Enterprise Talent Management.
Betsy received a Bachelor of Arts from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. and a Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
