James “JJ” Jackson

JJ Jackson is the Vice President of Business Development for White Cap since November 2019. In this role, JJ generates new business, helps with business strategy and manages M&A project work across the company.
Prior to his current position, JJ was Senior Regional Vice President of the Northwest Region, with full P&L responsibility for a region consisting of 30 branches, over 750 associates, spanning Northern California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State.
Prior to joining White Cap, JJ served as Chief Financial Officer of A-Y Supply, which was one of White Cap’s original acquisitions.
