Chief Operating Officer, White Cap

Scott Riggs is Chief Operating Officer for White Cap after serving as the Regional Vice President of its Southeast Region since 2014.

Scott first joined the White Cap business in December 2006 when it was part of its former parent company HD Supply. Since that time Scott served as Director of Operations and Senior Director of Merchandising & Marketing for the Home Improvement Solutions business unit within White Cap, before moving to Director of Pricing for White Cap in May 2012. Scott served as Vice President of Operations for White Cap before taking on his previous role as Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region.

Prior to joining White Cap, Scott served four years in the U.S. Army and then joined The Home Depot where he served as a Store Manager, followed by District Manager.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago.
