Chief Supply Chain Officer, White Cap
Tracy Rosser is Chief Supply Chain Officer of White Cap since March 2024, bringing more than 30 years of senior-level supply chain experience spanning transportation management, fleet operations, logistics technology, distribution management and retail operations.
Tracy served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Transplace/Uber Freight from 2019 to 2023 where he led all transportation management activities for the business, including North American operations, global transportation, procurement, data and analytics, customer engagement, Lean Six Sigma, and supply chain engineering and consulting.
Prior to Transplace/Uber Freight, Tracy spent 22 years at Walmart, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Transportation and Supply Chain, and as Chief Operating Officer of Walmart Transportation LLC. Prior to these roles, Tracy served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations, Vice President of Transportation, and General Manager of Distribution Center Operations.
Tracy currently serves on the Board of Directors at Covenant Logistics and served as a Strategic Advisor to New Road Capital Partners. Tracy has also served on the National Academies of Science Transportation Research Board, the Board of Trustees of the National WWII Museum, and Stillman College.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Tulane University.
